Sanitary napkins are sold under NIRAA, meeting hygiene and safety standards (ISO, BIS, or CE-certified, as applicable).

2. Orders & Pricing

Retail prices follow MRP guidelines.

3. Payment Terms

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines depend on order volume and location. Kindly read our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Claims

a) Returns and exchanges are only applicable for manufacturing defects or wrong products (wrong variant) reported within 2 days of delivery, along with supporting proof.

b) No returns accepted for opened or used products.

6. Liability & Expiry Date

a) 2 Years expiry date for Sanitary Pads and Baby Diapers.

b) Seller is not liable for misuse, storage issues, or third-party resale claims.

7. Compliance

a) Products comply with local health, safety, and labelling regulations.

b) Buyers must not resell under false or misleading claims.

8. Brand Use

Distributors must obtain written permission to use the brand name or marketing materials.

9. Force Majeure

Seller is not liable for delays due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns).

10. Legal & Jurisdiction

a) These terms are governed by the laws of Indian Government.

b) Disputes will be resolved via arbitration or in the courts of Noida.
